MARSHALL J VANDERHOOF
Marshall Vanderhoof is an award winning fine art photographer in Los Angeles, California. His hope is to evoke emotion and inspiration through his photography. His great grandmother gave him his first camera so he could take pictures while at summer camp. As a result, from that point on Marshall has always had a passion for photography.
Early on, instead of following his creative ideas and passions Marshall spent 8 years in the U.S. Army. After the Army, he got a BS Degree in Accountancy from National University, and then an MBA at the University of San Diego a couple years later.
Something was still missing though, so Marshall went back to his roots and started taking photographs. Additionally, in 2013 he graduated with honors from San Diego City College with a Certificate of Photography. In early 2017, Marshall relocated to the Brewery Artist Lofts in downtown Los Angeles to further his photographic career. Since then he continue to capture the world around him and share his passion.
Whatever the future holds for Marshall, he expects that photography will be a part of the journey.
