So often I gravitate towards water of some kind whether that be waterfalls, lakes, or the side of a river. There is something calming a beautiful about the motion of the water, and the sound of water in nature. It is always amazing seeing a lot of these rivers, lakes, and waterfalls out in remote areas of the desert or hidden in the mountains. Sometimes these gems are hidden right in the middle of urban areas as well. There is usually a vision of scenery that is difficult to forget. It is so relaxing to just admire the landscape. It is so amazing to see the power of mother nature.

This nature image was taken near Onion Canyon in the Eastern Sierras while the Aspens were changing colors for fall. Many have the leaves were falling from the trees and being washed down the stream creating a beautiful moment of scenery in time. This is limited to 99 prints. This black and white nature image of this waterfall was taken at the entrance to Straight Canyon. I had been following this river for quite some time looking for the shot. When I saw the falls I new that was it. It was so peaceful in this place I stayed there for about an hour, but it seemed like an eternity. Truly what the American Landscape is all about.
