30 Day Photo Challenge Day 14

Day 14 of the 30 day challenge. The month is almost half over already.  Are you kidding me?  It is going so fast.  So excited that I’ve been able to make it this far and can’t wait to keep going.

A quick reminder that the goal is to carry a camera with me every day for 30 days and take and post a new image every day.  I’m sure this will be a lofty goal, but I’m excited about the challenge.

Day 14 was a very personal day for me behind the camera.  That is mostly because I was also the subject in front of the camera.  The end result is the first self portrait I can remember taking since I had an assignment in college to take a self portrait.  I decided that moody split lighting processed as black and white worked best.  Really like the way it turned out, but that might be because half my face is in almost total darkness. With that said, here is the day 14 image.

Hope you enjoyed today’s image.  Leave me some feedback, or thoughts in the comment section below.  Don’t forget to look at the other images in the galleries while you are here.
